Neighbourhood Wardens deal with a variety of environmental issues in the
Winchester district including fly-tipping, litter, graffiti, abandoned vehicles and
discarded needles.

Neighbourhood Wardens endeavour to remove discarded needles and other drug litter within
twenty-four hours of it being reported.
